points to a paper called "Static Typing Where Possible, Dynamic Typing When Needed" by Erik Meijer and Peter Drayton that I find somewhat scary. It describes many importants parts of Eek's type system. But it also includes a few thing I do not agree with, like the prototype inheritance and lazy evaluation sections.
